We ship worldwide from our studio in Bangkok, Thailand. The exact rate and estimated delivery time for your order are shown at checkout, calculated based on your destination and the size of the order.
Free shipping
Orders of ฿1,000 or more ship free anywhere in Thailand. Below that threshold, a flat domestic shipping fee is applied at checkout. International orders are billed at carrier-calculated rates regardless of order size.
Dispatch time
We aim to dispatch every order within a few business days of payment confirmation. We will email you a tracking link as soon as your order ships. If your order has not shipped within seven days, reach out via the contact form and we will look into it.
Domestic (Thailand)
Domestic orders ship by a tracked courier service. The exact rate and estimated delivery window are shown at checkout. As a small brand still finalizing carrier partnerships, specific delivery times may vary in the early weeks of operation — we will update this page with carrier names and firm transit estimates once those decisions are locked in.
International
We ship to most countries worldwide. Rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your destination. International orders typically take longer than domestic — please factor in carrier transit time plus any customs processing in your country.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. If you have an account with us, the tracking link is also visible from your account page.
Customs and duties
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs processing fees imposed by your country's authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping fees. We declare the actual value of the order on customs forms as required by international shipping regulations.
Lost or delayed packages
If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost in transit, please reach out via the contact form with your order number and we will work with the carrier to locate it. Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address that was provided at the time of purchase. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery — additional shipping fees may apply.
