We don't process returns or refunds — and we'd genuinely appreciate your understanding on this. Each design is a single-use product applied directly to skin, and once a sheet has left our hands (sealed or applied) we have no way to safely accept it back.

If something went wrong, though, or the design didn't land for you, please still reach out. We read every message.

If your package arrived damaged, late, or wrong

We're sorry — that's on us, and we'd like to make it right as soon as we can. If you can send along:

Why we work this way

We're a small, growing brand. Tattoos are a hands-on, hygienic product, and accepting returns isn't something we can do safely or sustainably at our size — so we've kept pricing fair from the start, rather than building refund overhead into the cost. Thank you for understanding.
